These terms apply specifically to graduation bookings and are read together with our general terms and conditions below.

Separate Graduation Terms These terms apply specifically to graduation bookings and are read together with our general terms and conditions.
Multiple Clients and Booking Order You are not the only client. Shoots are done in the order of confirmed bookings and deposits. All sessions take place at a set location, one graduate or group at a time.
Be Ready on Time Please arrive ready and organized. If you are not ready when it is your turn, we will move to the next client and attend to you after that.
No Rushing Please plan your transport and time properly. We do not accommodate rushed sessions. We aim for a calm, enjoyable experience that allows us to deliver quality photos.
Communication Only with Client We communicate only with the graduate who made the booking. Please brief your family beforehand. We do not handle questions or complaints from family members.
Patience During Sessions Each graduate and their family will have their own time. Please be patient and allow the process to run smoothly.
Editing and Delivery Please allow time for editing after the shoot. We will deliver within the agreed timeframe. If there are delays, clear communication will be provided.
General Terms

General Terms and Conditions

Quotation Validity All rates quoted are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
Deposit and Balance A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is payable immediately upon delivery.
Scope of Service Services are limited to what is stated in the quotation. Any additional requests or extended service time will attract additional charges.
Client Expectations The client must clearly inform us of their expectations and requirements prior to the service to avoid misunderstandings.
Edited Images Only All images are delivered edited only. Raw or unedited images will not be released.
Editing Time Editing time is required. However, delivery will be done promptly.
Transport and Entry Fees Prices exclude transportation to distant locations and entry fees to restricted or reserved areas.
Refunds All payments are non-refundable, except in the event of our failure to appear. In unavoidable circumstances beyond both parties' control, a 25% refund may be considered.
Acceptance of Terms Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance and agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
